  • Physical Education English (version compacte)

This podcast is designed for students in APS studies or anyone who wishes to learn more about English for Sport and Physical Education purposes. Activities are listed by order of difficulty. The Service des Langues suggests reading the questions first, and then listening to the audio recording.  You can listen to the audio recording several times before reading the transcript. The transcript contains synonyms for several words. You will find the original words in the “transcript synonyms” page. Finally, check your answers using the answer sheet.

More advanced recordings can be found on the Notable Science podcast. Complementary resources can be found at Enigma Plus (including medical English), and also the podcasts Minimum Competence in Scientific English podcast and Listening Comprehension for Scientific English.
